Took my New York car in for service and Parks did a great job. Joe B. keep me updated on the progress. My car was there for quite a few days, coming from NY the car was very rusted underneath which made it a little more of a challange to fix. It's been riding fine and I hope to get a few more years out of my Ford Escape now that it will be living in Florida!
