Dropped truck off on 8-23-18 failed to advise that truck would be kept for 2.5 days and no rental offered with full warranty coverage and rental was included. No phone call provided updates Customer had to demand that the truck be returned as it is used for work and the Customer was leaving town. Very dissatisfied with the service and representation of the dealership and have dealt with Ford for 40 years.
I bought my car over the phone after seeing the car online. I was late arriving to pick it up. George waited for me, went over the car with me. The paperwork took about 15 minutes. Everything was as agreed. I was very impressed. I also love the car! Stu
