The service center was very professional and helpful when I needed to get my car serviced. I had to travel up to NY on the weekend and I found out that I was supposed to schedule an appointment, which I hadn’t. The service Department helped me out by squeezing me in between scheduled appointments.
I had the opportunity to meet a great Sales Consultant, Austen Treadwell gave excellent customer service. I drove away in my new 2018 Ford Fusion. Thanks again Austen.

Left truck there for a couple of recalls. They called me to advise that it was complete and miracle of miracles they didn't try to sell me anything or tell me that something on my truck was in need of dire repair. I will consider buying my next vehicle there.
