Merry Christmas Parks Ford. We purchased my girlfriends Escape from your dealership and have plans on trading it in on a new Explorer but unfortunately it won't be at your dealership. After reading some very disturbing and public comments by one of your employees (Tyler Pilkinton) threatening people here on FaceBook with violence and harm, we'll be looking for a new dealership. I'll make sure to tell all of my friends, family and social media folks to avoid your dealership also.
From sales to service very professional
Sadly this dealership advertises one price on the web and then has the same vehicle for $5000 more when you arrive. Won’t be doing business with them. Arrived with financing in place for the advertised price and they tried to get sticker price. Poor business practice in my opinion. Will be looking for an honest dealership for our purchase.
The service department is so polite and understanding...making me feel like I was really important to them. Respect and courtesy are tops with both office employees and service techs, down to the associates that wash my car before I leave. Even undergoing a complete dealership redo, the employees could not treat me or my vehicle any better. Thanks Parks Ford, see you soon for an oil change!
