The service department is the best ! Their friendly & knowledgeable personnel go out of their way to make your visit a pleasant experience. The waiting area is large, and has very comfortable seating. They do their best work you into their schedule if an emergency should arise. I would not go anywhere else.
Called to see if a certain car was there duber said it was so went to buy but got the switch it was sold so they tried to sell me another car doesn’t work that way

Love my new 2019 Mustang convertible. Parks Ford is the only dealer I will shop. Salesman Josh Holman is excellent. He strives to make sure the customer is satisfied with their purchase. After the sale, Will Smith in the Service Department is outstanding. Always a great customer experience at Parks Ford.
