Great experience from the moment I entered the dealership! I was greeted by my salesman Greg, who could not have been more helpful. The vehicle I was interested in was at another Parks Ford dealership location, and the sales manager, Duber, immediately offered to have the car brought to Wesley Chapel the next day for me to see. One of the sales consultants, Garfield, took me for a test drive and explained all of the cars options/functions. I even got a better deal on my trade than I expected! They were helpful, patient and on top of that I got a good deal for the exact truck that I was looking for.

Overall, good experience with the service dept. for my fleet vehicle.
Scheduled and went in for an oil change. I was charged for work I did not authorize to have done. I would not recommend.
