Have never had a good experience at Parks Ford. Very disorganized service department. Just last week called about AdvanceTrac system going haywire and vehicle being inoperable. Advisor was rude & dismissive on phone while I am trying to figure out my options. He clearly did not want to be bothered. Next vehicle won’t be from there.
RecommendedMy experience was the best from beginning to end. Marissa made me feel so welcome and also the man who greeted me outside. My car was done in 40 min. It was very quick . I was kept updated thru out. The waiting room was outstanding, coffee, water, snacks of every kind. And it was all free. This is definitely my new dealership. I was a 100 percent satisfied!!
I recently bought Ford 150, love the truck so far. It has been what I've been looking for. Thank you Greg, Chaz and Charley for all the help.
Will Smith the service adviser is rude and condescending. I will never step foot at this dealership. I advise everyone to go somewhere else.

Travaris is a fantastic service representative. Extremely courteous, knowledgeable and patient while finding the answers to my questions. I’ve been using Parks ford for 4-5 years now and have nothing but positive things to say.
Tried to purchase a car through the online sales department. Communication was poor. Once we came to terms they stopped communicating and sold the car out from under me to someone who walked into the dealership. A deal is a deal you shouldn't treat people like that. Would never do business with this dealership.
