I went in yesterday for an oil change as well as a recall and had a very smooth in and out service experience. I was treated with extraordinary customer service. Will was my service ambassador and took really good care of me. Also the valet were amazing. I was able to meet their manager Mark, who is a remarkable individual! My husband and I went “just” looking yesterday. We went to Parks Ford after going to several other dealerships. Chaz Massaro came out and greeted us. We explained what we were looking for he helped us out and we came home with an Explorer. Chaz was great and he was there u t he drove off last night at 9 and they closed at 7. Carlos "Charley" Howard and Vincent Ippolito were wonderful! As much as I despise the back and forth song and dance and the straight up eternity it takes to make a deal and complete the paperwork, this place wasn't that bad.
