After months of looking and getting so aggravated at Brandon Ford, we ended up a little far from home in Wesley Chapel at Parks Ford after family friend Taylor Hackenburg recommended them. Figured we would just go in and browse. Henry met us at the door and was 100% pleasant, friendly, and helpful. We left with a 2019 For Edge.
I made an appointment with the dealership for maintenance since it was getting close to its 30k mark. Trevaris was an amazing help during my appointment. He let me know of some things that were found on the car and made a check list of what would need to be worked on it. I will definitely be coming back to Trevaris for any future maintenance work that needs to be done on my car.
I needed an oil change and hadn't scheduled an appointment for the service prior to arriving. Trevaris quickly assessed my vehicle and got me checked in. The service literally took no time and Trevaris kept me updated on the progress the entire time. The check out/pick up process was hassle free!! His customer service was excellent! I definitely recommend Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel!
Horrible customer service. I had an appointment on Saturday and the guy said they were very busy and that my car wouldn’t be diagnosed until Monday. Why schedule an appointment? 😬 It seamed like he didn’t want my business or didn’t care being there!
