When you advertise a car for $3900 online and then let us know (only after we asked TWICE) on the phone that there is an additional $2800 in fees, you are acting fraudulently. Shame on you. Also, the person who answered your phone claimed that the "Parks Plus" price is listed on your website. It was NOWHERE in the advertisement and also nowhere on your website that I can find. I went into the dealership with my husband after seeing a 2017 Ford Mustang online that I was very interested in. I had a great experience At the dealership. I was given a newer service advisor (Trevaris Glass) This young man made sure I was kept up to date on what was going on. He was very professional and courteous. I have had some not good experiences with this dealership and would drive all the way to Tampa to get my car serviced but after today I am sold on this dealership and the service advisor I had today.
