Took our 2015 Ford Escape (Love it) for the 1st time for an oil change and a 'programming' recall. The dealership is under re-construction and I like the trailers and tents better than the old buildings. They must of had a BIG meeting because EVERYBODY was VERY friendly. Nice and friendly Service Mgr. wrote up the order, shuttle took me home (NICE driver), called in 3-4 hours as they said they would, shuttle picked me up and 'no-hassle' or try to 'up sell' me on parts-oil or another car. Bidda-Bam, Bidda-Boom!
My mother in law referred us since she bought her new car here in November 2017. We are from SC and were visiting the area to be with family.
