I wouldn't take my F-150 anywhere else! I bought it at Parks Ford and have regular maintenance performed there. The service department has occasional "Real World" issues and delays just like any facility but I honestly feel like they are always trying to improve. What more can you ask. I had issues with my panoramic sunroof and running boards during my warranty and Will Smith (My Service Manager) handled everything quickly, courteously and professionally. My husband and I went on Sunday afternoon to look at used vehicles here at Parks Ford and we were met by salesman Eddie Torres. I can't say enough good things about our experience from beginning to end. Eddie was extremely helpful and polite and helped us to find a great vehicle at a great price.
