RecommendedDon't shop anywhere else. Parks Ford is amazing. Just a few hours and we left in a brand new truck at an incredible price. Tanner Goktepe is who you need to ask for. Service department. The 3 times I’ve been there nothing but problems. All 3 times no one could give me a honest answer. First visit they couldn’t do my oil change cause it wasn’t under 5% oil life (fleet truck by the way) . Second visit I had to get a oil change (tried again) and a check engine light to be checked, they actually did the oil change, but couldn’t figure out the engine light cause the light has to be on to figure it out (lie). I went in on a Sunday with an appointment to see a specific salesperson. He was busy so I decided to walk around the lot and look at available trucks. Martel Witherspoon saw me walking around and asked if he could help me. He was friendly, very helpful, and went out of his way to make my experience a great one. Purchasing my new vehicle here, my family had no issues at all. When it comes to service, well that's another issue. Not only do they lie about doing your car washes. But apparently they have employees with sticky fingers.
