My fiancé had his vehicle serviced there this past Saturday for his belt, an oil change, and his window wiper blades and everything was fine after ( or so we thought) He had a few emergency things that needed to be taken care of like his battery, the coil, and a few miscellaneous things. I have bought my fair share of cars from different dealers and this dealership and location is by far the most unethical company I have done business with. My husbands car was literally 400 miles out of warranty and the customer service rep said they could not honor the warranty that it was up to the main office. When I called the main office they informed me it is up to the dealership the car was purchased from, which is the Wesley Chapel location, so the guy basically sent me on a goose chase.
