a week ago I have been a customer of Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel for over 15 years and I have always received amazing service. I have purchased several vehicles from them and have always used their service department and always was 100% pleased with their customer service . I took my car in a year ago, a brand new 2017 Ford focus when I purchased it from parks Ford. There was a recall on the transmission. Supposedly they replaced the clutch. Have had problems of it ever since. I took it in two weeks ago do you have them look at the transmission again and they recommended that I have $2400 worth of work done on the car not under my extended warranty. Honestly, the experience could not have been better and easier. Got a great deal and Tanner Gotkepe offered great service with zero pressure. The dealership is the nicest and cleanest that I've ever seen. My wife and I are very glad we chose Parks Ford.
My hubby just got his car in this location. All the staff there are great but Cesar and Gene were awesome, very nice guys. Cesar went above and beyond to help us out. We were a little difficult because of the budget but he was so patient. Definitely recommend! Look for Cesar and Gene if you happen to go 😉
