These people do not care about their customers at all. I purchased a 2016 Expedition Limited Max on 02/22/2020. When purchasing the vehicle, I was told that the SUV was purchased in FL, and then used to travel to and from Michigan, as the previous owners were snowbirds. After waiting 29 days and not receiving my registration, I called and asked what was going on. Yesterday I bought a new (to me car) at parks ford if Wesley chapel after looking for a new one for over a year. Henry our sales person was excellent. He wasn’t pushy while doing his job like many car sales people are, and worked with me to get to a price I was comfortable paying for the car.
We had the best experience buying our new truck from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. The salesman Josh Holman went into full detail of the entire truck. I am so pleased with the service I received. Customer service here is a joke. My boyfriend had an appointment yesterday. When we showed up the salesman never came to help us. The receptionist said she was working on it, but after walking the entire lot for 15 or 20 minutes we went back into check. She just raised her hands like she did not know what to do and offered no help. We left, $40,000 sale for a truck we really wanted is lost.
