The Ford company as a whole is awesome. I scheduled an appointment to have my fusion serviced and Will treated me with respect and courtesy. Joe helped Will out when he got busy so I saw teamwork there. Arthur requested that Mike help me regarding the Fusion Energi. Mike went the extra mile and got the keys and showed me the vehicle (ie: trunk space and plug in) he was very knowledgeable. We will continue to purchase our cars and Parks and have them serviced because they serve their customers well
We love Joe Bolin he is awesome and goes above and beyond for us every time we come in for service. He calls every day to keep us in the loop during the process and makes sure that we have a vehicle to drive while our car is in the shop. I also love the fact that Ford keeps us with the same service guy so he always knows the history of the car. Thanks Joe you ROCK!!!!!!
