RecommendedGreat service yesterday from Parks Ford in Wesley Chapel. Bought a new truck from John Alexander and he made it an easy and enjoyable experience. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Great job by Carlos in financing too.
Update- The GM did reach out to us after posting our reviews and stated that he would make it right. We shall see. And after looking through hours of footage, its sickening to watch video and hear someone rummaging through your vehicle, makes you feel totally violated, this truck is sitting in their parking lot and being gone through, our belongings being stolen by their employees. Im glad we have a camera in the truck. Absolutely ridiculous. Probably should watch the vehicles better. Or lock them when service is completed! ... read more

Car buying normally requires multiple doses of Xanax, but not at Parks Ford. I love how my salesman Chaz took the time to treat me like a friend and not another hashmark on the sold car board. The car buying experience was easy and Chaz went above and beyond what was asked of him. I will be sending Chaz all of my friends for all there new and used car purchases.Special thanks also to Frank the sales manager.

I will not be using Parks to purchase a vehicle, they wasted so much of my time between driving out there and test driving the Honda CR-V, never once ask me if I wanted them to hold the used car, they did not tell me they don’t hold used cars. My husband was on his way out there they called and told him the vehicle sold, just ridiculous!
I have been looking for a vehicle for weeks to replace the one that hauls all my people and work items. I knew exactly what I wanted, I prayed and sought the Lord. On our way back from the beach, I told my niece, I would even come as far as Wesley Chapel to get a car. I was not looking in Wesley Chapel it was over an hour drive away.
