Parks Ford was actually a pleasurable experience. At no time did me or my wife feel pressured to make a decision or rushed. They even gave us time alone to discuss the purchase. I will definitely be shopping there again.
Was dealing with Shane over the phone and he quoted me a price I can’t refuse. Looks like I’ll be purchasing a new Edge on Thursday. Great Service provided by Ford
By far the best car buying experience we’ve had. Our salesman, Martel Witherspoon, did an outstanding job of getting us the truck we wanted without the high pressure sales pitch.
Tanner Goktepe was great. Greeted us when we arrived and answered all our questions. No pressure sales and was always checking with us to make sure we were alright. Kept us updated on the process through the whole way. Definitely recommend this dealership and Tanner.

We had an amazing experience from the beginning. Frank, Becca and Vincent did a PHENOMENAL job. They stayed late to finish up the deal and never complained, they were all smiles, super friendly and just a pleasure to interact with. Will definitely recommend them and will return for future business.
