In August 2018, my mustang was tampered with during a brake flush. We discovered it in May 2019, when I took it to another Ford Dealer and they found BLACK substance in the reservoir. It costed me $956 for the repair. Ellis Adams, service manager at Parks, refused to accept responsibility for it. I reported them to Ford Company, they stopped all communications. Big waist of time, 4 hours of my life waisted at parks ford of Wesley chapel, autonation ford of Brandon got me hooked up in less than 2 hours without all the negotiating tactics. Same vehicle, brand new, loaded to the gills and they got right down to the payment I requested with 0 down. Beautiful transaction.
