The service department is great. My advisor, Marissa Kasperitis, was on top of my vehicle needs and gave my updates early so the vehicle could get done same day. My vehicle went in for a vibration, comes to find out I needed brakes, rotors and tires. My car rides like it's new again. Very courteous does not pressure you
Last 2 prepaid maintenance service visits have left me unimpressed. First visit I was told the tire rotation was completed in which it wasn’t (had a different colored rim part for me to know it wasn’t done). Second visit they assured me the tire rotation would be done & and it was...but the tech tightened the lugs on crooked resulting in a terrible noise/ride and ultimately me taking it back in the same night to be fixed the next day.
