I bought my f-150 XLT from Jeff Gemma and I have to say the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. He isn't pushing, is patient, and truly wants to the find truck you're looking for. I shopped around at different dealerships but found myself going back to Jeff. He will be the only person I buy from now because he made the experience much better. He followed up like he said he would, he searched relentlessly for the truck I was trying to find, and he had everything ready when I signed the papers.
Their customer service is great. I always feel I'm being given honest information. Joe Bolin is great.
I wish I could give a 10 star review! Dave Bonsey, Carlos and Joshua were beyond wonderful! This is the second car I bought at Parks Ford and my experience was Just fantastic! I picked out a Ford Escape and they detailed the car. About 1/2 later I changed my mind and asked for a different color. Wasn't a problem with them at all. They just detailed that car!!! Service Department does a great job, especially my guy Joe Bolin.....Mustang is back, looking and running great....Parks Ford does it right, that's for sure.
After a year, and 4500 miles it was time to get the car serviced, Joe took care of everything and even when we realized the Detailing was taking longer, Last day of the month, and new car preps still got the car to me in time to make a meeting and it looked great !! Great Job
Service was good but had loose change stolen. Pretty sad when I have to remove my nickels and pennies!!
Took my 2015 mustang in for warranty work on the air conditioner unit. Brett set up appt. work was done and car returned to me on a timely fashion. No complaints
