i had my F350 serviced at your dealership. Ricky was outstanding as usual. He was able to work me on even though I did not have an appointment. The tech found the batteries were dead and replaced. The tech also fixed the code free of charge. The service was outstanding once again. thanks you! John Humphrey

Spent 4 hours today with an apt for an oil change, tire rotation and tire patch/plug when I was told it would only take 90 mins. Service advisor took care of my bill today which I really appreciated since I had to wait so long. Before I left I asked if they topped off the wiper fluid in which he assured me they did. Halfway home I noticed there was still no wiper fluid... also when they rotated and patched one of my tires do you think they would have checked the air pressure in them all.. nope the one patched was up to 40psi... read more

I have had to deal with Parks Ford a few times with our 2013 Fusion. I can say hands down if we bought another Ford from Parks Ford it would be because of the service advisor named Joe. He is a straight shooter and very accommodating. These guys take the beating when people have issues and are the ones that get yelled at. I think people need to remember the advisors did not build the vehicle or are the ones working on it. We had a issue with our AC compressor and without a appointment it was ready the next day. I have purchased 5 new or used cars from Park Ford over the past 17 years. I am totally satisfied with the cars and with their Service Department. My Service Reps over the years have included Brett, Alan Sarnes, and most recently Will. They are always prompt, knowledgeable, and accommodating. To run a service business, they obviously need a queue of cars to work on each morning. Anticipating this, as any intelligent person would, I bring a book or newspaper to catch up on. David Sanchez in the Service Department was really good at giving me a detailed description of repair on a recall. I also found him to be very accommodating in outlining a service plan on my used car.
