My wife and I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Explorer last weekend. Our sales consultant was Will Bozeman. Not only was he knowledgeable and very funny, but he made the whole process very easy from start to finish. We also dealt with the sales manager Shane who was a very nice gentleman. Paul was our finance guy. He answered all of our questions and was very quick getting everything done. Overall our buying experience was great and we will definitely come back to Parks Ford when it comes time to purchase another vehicle.
