Had the best salesman Ilker Burnukara! Well worth the drive! I live right next to Brandon Ford, and glad I took the trip. Could not be happier. The experience is like night and day in dealerships.

Do not use this dealership. Don't know their own inventory. Drove 164 miles twice. Told them be there @ 1:00 to make sure car detailed only to get a text message @ 12:45 saying it was sold. Didn't have the decency to text me to say they had a sale pending. I guess they wanted me to come in case that deal fell through. Just not the way customer service should be. I had a great experience @ Ford Parks of Wesley Chapel. Tim Macnab was my salesperson. It took me a week to figure out what I wanted in a Ford Explorer, but Tim was very patient answering all my questions and putting my fears to rest. I would tell anybody go to Ford Parks Wesley Chapel first. I had a great experience. And I was in & out in no time.
