I’ve been there twice as a patient, both times through the emergency room and with potentially life threatening issues. They went out of their way to be quick, kind, caring—even funny and real. I always know I’m in good hands there. It’s a great group of medical professionals with a human touch and I highly recommend them. Last time I was there, the attending nurse even gave me a jacket to wear in the cold when I was being released. Human beings who really care!
I don't know what has happened to this hospital in the last 6 months but the service has deteriorated. The lack of communication, concern of patients and due diligence is to the point of being life threatening.

I could not sing enough praises about my stay here. I had surgery and stayed overnight. Every single staff member we have come in contact with have been just phenomenal. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and right on top of things. I would HIGHLY recommend this hospital. Very pleased with the care I received. Thank you ParkRidge !

I no longer trust this hospital, the way Mom has just laid here for hours in the E.R. This place is clearly NOT the awesome hospital it once was. I'll never recommend this place again. You don't just shove a patient in a room and forget about them for hours, this isn't healthcare, this place has become death-care... Looking at the E.R. nursing station, all I see is people on their damn cellphones. I'm sorry, what about the patient you've forgotten has been laying here for almost 5 hours? As far as her care, the hospital is great!!! My mom is in sicu now transferred over from micu, I understand there is an age limit on visitors Because of germs, I also understand masks and gloves can prevent germs from spreading! Some ppl that have close loving families simply heal faster and fight harder when they see the ppl/kids that give them reason to fight!
