Some employees are sweet. And they go beyond their job. But I think some of the employees should be more professional. That's all I'm going to say!!!!!!!!

I came into the ER scared to death, heart rate in the 200's, and unsure of what was going on. From the time my nurse came in to my room in the ER until the time I was discharged from cardiac care 2 days later I felt like I had the best care. I so wish I could remember everyone's names. I really felt like everyone cared and was very understanding. I was so so scared when I was getting ready for a heart ablation, and everyone in the room with me was so encouraging and nice. We just recently moved back to the Chattanooga area after being away for more than 30 years and I have been nothing but pleased with the level of care and treatment from the staff at Parkridge. But I would like to give a great big kudos to my care team...Nurse Robyn in Pre-Op, Nurse Dan in the OR, Anesthesiologist, Dr. Barnes, CRNA Tanner , Dr. Bernard and the Recovery Room/Post-Op staff (sorry I failed to remember my Nurses name) but she was great too! I have had the pleasure of staying at Parkridge on a few occasions and I must tell you the people are Awesome the Doctors are truthful and warm hearted, the Nurses go beyond caring and I will never go to another Hospital. 5 Stars more like 500 Stars . Thank you Parkridge!

My Dad just had Open Heart Surgery yesterday at Park Ridge and Dr. Reade was his surgeon. He was awesome and everything went great...I wish I could name all the names of the staff but I will say all the staff that worked with my Dad treated him like gold! Thank you Park Ridge and staff for taking care of my Dad!
