I took my oldest grbdaughta 2 the er last nite 4 sprang shoulder/elbow r something thinking "it's gon b 3 r 5 hours of waing! To my very surprised we only ther 4 40 40 mins..---what! I've read my paper did the (tried) sudoku. Then we were gon almost n an instant. I went 2 check 2 c if she had went 2 a room r n triage 2 my surprise the already crazed her shoulder! So I comment 2 the young man @ registration "I knew there was a reason why I ALWAYS COME PARKRIDGE"! THANK YOU!
ER is crowded..(I am still here now) ..nurses very stressed and rude..... I spoke to a charge nurse (Megan) that was quick tongued and rude....she said that she was being real "not sugar coating anything" "25 other people needing beds just like any other ER" I asked for someone over her she said that she was it... "Everyone else has left" My grandmother is 91 and has been sitting in a drafty waiting room on and off since 1pm today. No information updates.... The experience was great. Everyone was understanding and friendly. The only prow. I had was the nirse that started my iv didnt listen tonehat ibwas trying to tell her about ky right arm being hard to stick and she stuck me their anyway and kept pulling nack and trying agaim and again. Then when she got a vein she put the iv the the bend of my arm.

Staff was amazing. But when staying over its frustrating and uncomfortable. The one place family has to sleep is a small recliner. Had they had one of the couch things like erlanger so ppl could rest comfortably while staying wit family I would have given better. Ratings. .. now I'm home sore and tired.

My Mom was in Parkridge for a heart ablasion. From the time we walked through the front door until we left that evening, we were treated excellent by every staff member we came in contact with. From the lady who registered my Mom in, the ladies who were in the waiting area, the housekeepers, the nursing staff and Dr. Allan! Everyone was so attentive and went out of their way to make my Mom and I comfortable. The nursing staff in the Cardiac recovery area were very busy, but they were all so patient and kind.
