Parkridge Health System I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the customer service I just received from your billing department. I'm SHOCKED actually. she just argued with me over my insurance effective date... letting me know I DID NOT have coverage on a service date from this year. I've been on Medicare since 1998. I asked why there were no copies of my card on file when they took them and supposedly made copies?? WHAT THE HELL TYPE OF ESTABLISHMENT ARE Y'ALL RUNNING OVER THERE?? They were All Real Nice and helpful, patient. Everyone knew there job. I was there for ultrasound and They were Awesome. Pretty Fast too.
So I just left Parkridge Medical Center I was there for abdominal pain the nurse filled out my forms to my blood pressure and asked me to wait in the waiting room and told me I would be taking to a room to be examined shortly after that I doctor or nurse came into the waiting room asked me what was wrong I told them he proceeded to ask me to stand up in the waiting room and feel my abdominal area in the waiting room then he told me that he would give me some anti-inflammatories and I could go home I was very confused at this... read more

This morning I had a procedure at Parkridge Hospital on McCallie. I was very reluctant to change hospitals for this procedure after gong to another larger hospital for the same procedure three times last year. I was so impressed with the accommodations compared to the hospital I had been going to. I was put in a private room which was quite and peaceful compared to the previous hospital where the only privacy I had was a curtain between many patients in a large walk through room.
