Verified Renter Love it here! The Resident Management and Maintenance Teams are caring, responsive and attentive. My STRONGEST recommendations would be to require carpet on every level above 1st and to renovate with thicker wall insulation and carpet padding for noise reduction.

Bad Experience I would definitely recommend NEVER MOVING HERE..... Worst place I have ever stayed. Park Laurel is the most poorly mismanaged apartment complex. The rent is way to high for such little space, the washer & dryer are smaller than an apartment size washer & dryer, I have had more issues with water from the sewer and pipes busting in the past year, over 2 times. Verified Renter The process was overall exciting. Living here was not planned in any way. By a shot of luck we found this apartment complex and the exploiters were wonderful in helping us secure our place together. They were patient and thorough with their service with helping us understand everything that comes with our new apartment. Their process for approval is thorough which I understand, but I’m thankful for the team’s help!

Verified Renter My move in process was pretty good over all. The team communicates well and seem to care about residents. However on move in day, my apartment was not ready for anyone to move in so that was disappointing. Nobody should ever feel like they are in a rush to clean the place they are moving into the day of.
