Cons outweigh the Pros This is an older apartment complex with a mix of renovated and outdated units. My unit is renovated due to a fire that happened here, so it is a non-smoking building. It says so in the lease, but the rule is never enforced. My place smells like weed 90% of the time. It’s awful! It’s been this way since I move here in the late summer/early fall. Verified Renter I finally got a key fob to the gym. While I am grateful for that, I got it 10 months after I moved in, after they told me when I signed the lease that it would be available within a few weeks. The last time I wrote a review, Parke Laurel also immediately responded and said they were available. It was about another two months after the wrote that post online (nullifying my complaint) that I actually received the key fob.

The entire building and apartment are so cleaned and maintained at the appropriate time, I believe the price is not bad compared to other places in the area. I like that the neighborhood is quiet and staff is... I like that the neighborhood is quiet and staff is very friendly. Parking is very hard if you don’t have a reserved space and literally the first 20 spots are reserved. I don’t like that I can hear my neighbors below and beside me conversing in the morning or when they are in their kitchen washing or preparing food. I also I asked to be on the waitlist for reserved parking and still have not been updated for two months
