Verified Renter It's been good so far just wish they offered 2 year leases instead of just one. Really wish the rent didn't go up every year however it's manageable. Love the quietness of the community along with the people inside.

Verified Renter For a long time, the maintenance department was the saving grace of this place. I've had problems with the leasing office (especially when I first moved in), you need to call about every day to get anything done. I've had problems with the availability and cleanliness of the complex amenities (pool, gym, dog park). Noise is becoming a huge issue and there is no way to address it after hours. Verified Renter I have a roach problem that has prevented me from using my kitchen for two months. Two roof leaks in the same spot in six months. Caught a mouse this week. Pot smoking neighbors who play loud music at all hours of the day and night. Too many unanswered emails to management.

Verified Renter Great customer service! The property and neighborhood is nice and quiet. We’ll maintain and clean. Met some of my neighbors and they were nice. Just some overdue maintenance but eventually it got done after a couple of calls.
