Verified Renter Overall experience has been solid. The management team is very responsive for the most part and honestly seem to care about the residents. The grounds are fairly well maintained and kept. One drawback I would say is the communication disconnect when it comes to the maintenance team. They do their job as assigned but sometimes you need to express an issue with them while they’re there and you can hit a barrier if you don’t have the proper dialect. Verified Renter It’s okay living here however, they get you real good with a bunch of fees, which bumps your base rent an extra $100 . Another thing is the floors are thin and you can hear tenants participating in mad activities at 3 in the morning and it’s sad on most nights.

Verified Renter Counting down the days for our lease to be up. I’ve month after moving in we have a neighbor who leaves their TV on so loud you can’t sleep in the master bedroom. They have done nothing about it. Heat doesn’t get back to two of the three bedrooms. Still unresolved, yet the gas bill jumps up month to month despite leaving the heat low and sometimes completely off (since it doesn’t work anyway.). Run from this place. Management seems amazing in the onboard process then abandons you.

Verified Renter Pros: Apartment are big with lots of closet space. Grounds are kept nice. Large pool. Pets allowed. Small enclosed doggy area. Close to lots of shops. Maintenance requests completed pretty quickly. Most Staff is friendly. Cons: walls are very thin & some neighbors are very loud. Noise complaints are intermittently addressed. Workout room not really available. Pool hours are very limited. Some staff is slightly rude & incompetent.
