Maintenance requests are handled pretty quickly. Grounds are kept nice. Staff is nice. Area is good. CONS: Some neighbors constantly slam doors & its not addressed & it's horrible. We just moved in not so long ago, so far the neigh... We just moved in not so long ago, so far the neighborhood is quite impressive and clean. My wife and I went for a walk late evening, so far I felt safe to be out that late . But other than that we are happy to be here!
I wish there were key fobs to use the gym as I hav... I wish there were key fobs to use the gym as I have irregular hours and am often not available when the leasing office is open. I also wish there were more community events put on by the complex.

I like living here, you can really turn your apart... I like living here, you can really turn your apartment space your own with the amount of square footage each unit has. Also, the residents here are super nice and don’t steal your mail/packages. I do wish there were less reserved parking spaces and larger trash cans outside.
DO NOT MOVE HERE The worst place to live do not move here Poor parking dog pool all over recently my brother who has a handicap cannot even see the sign in the parking lot for the handicap parking old and dirty interior of the building really rundown like if you live in the last bit of Soltice no upkeep of the grounds of waste of time calling to speak to Karen no one listens !!
