Verified Renter Love it here. The office staff are friendly and make me feel like I’m welcome even if I’m addressing a problem. Maintenance addresses concerns quickly and professionally. We have been here 1 year and I look forward to at least a few more!
Verified Renter The apartments are nice, living room is spacious, my 1st year back in Maryland living here at Seneca Bay has been nice, the pool and gym are always nice to have close by too. The staff has been very pleasant as well.

Prime location but very (VERY) old building Cracks everywhere, bugs, and poor daily management
Verified Renter Diamond Ridge is a beautiful place to reside I just wish other tenants would be more considerate about trash removal. Thwy throw it on the ground. And it is drawing rodents. ????
