Don't do it We had huge roaches, cracks and holes in the walls, terrible parking, the worst apartment for noise I have EVER been in.
Parke Laurel Review (Former Resident) I would really consider other options in the area before moving into Parke Laurel or any Morgan Properties property. Overall, the communication of the office staff is horrible and there appears to be high turnover in the office for leasing consultants. Run as fast as possible No specials Not worth it Ceiling Leaks Shower issues Noise Issues Old Buildings Old paint and bad to breathe in Run away fast
NOT A HOME I have had more issues with water from the sewer and pipes busting in the past year, over three times. Management has done nothing to correct my issues. Park Laurel is not a home.

Maintenance Appreciation / Safety I would like to acknowledge maintenance technician Lewis for his leadership skills and pride in Parke Laurel. I was locked out my apartment home after a long day at work. I had just changed my locks and didn’t have a chance to give the rental office my new key. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I have been living here for less than a year and my immature next door neighbors have been making excessive noise from their apartment for months. I called the leasing office back in Dec. 2016 and left a message but no one ever called me back. My neighbors bang on the walls and floors all day long, and they listen to where I am in my apartment so they can make noise. They follow me into my bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room and listen through the wall to see where I am. They truly are psycho! I h... read more

Fees and more fees I've been in the apartment for two month and just receive a rent statement with eight additional fees, Allocated Water Service, Allocated Sewer Service, Stormwater, Administrative Service Fee, Electricity, Electricity Processing Fee, Property Vacancy Processing Fee and New Account Fee. All my life of renting and have never been charge or seen such fees. I'll stop here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT I would definitely recommend NEVER MOVING HERE..... Worst place I have ever stayed. Park Laurel is the most poorly mismanaged apartment complex. The rent is way to high for such little space, the washer & dryer are smaller than an apartment size washer & dryer, I saw the maintenance staff in my apartment more than I saw own neighbors, the heating & air conditioning unit are not even sufficient size to heat or cool the whole apartment, in the summer time we burned up & winter time we froze,... read more
