Verified Renter So far everything is well it’s a lot better then some communities that are Close by. Also it’s peaceful you don’t have people standing in front of your building.

The grounds are kept up really nice which is incredible because I did have some concerns when I noticed trash fees was a little more than most properties. Maintenance gets the issue solved when you place a ticket into the system. I just love my one bedroom apartment closet are very spacious. Verified Renter So far so good! A pretty spacious apartment with very little noise you can hear from the neighbors. Parking can be crowded for residents and sometimes nonexistent for visitors.

Verified Renter The apartments are clean and I haven't rodent. All buildings are away from main highways and safe area to walk your dog and go for morning runs.

Verified Renter Pros: Apartment are big with lots of closet space. Grounds are kept nice. Large pool. Pets allowed. Small enclosed doggy area. Close to lots of shops. Maintenance requests completed pretty quickly. Staff is friendly. Cons: walls are very thin & some neighbors are very loud. Noise complaints are intermittently addressed. Workout room not really available. Pool hours are very limited.

Verified Renter Good amount of space in bedroom and living room. Love the closeness to a woodsy area to hear birds sing in the morning. Walls are thin. But very nice neighbors.
Cons outweigh the Pros This is an older apartment complex with a mix of renovated and outdated units. My unit is renovated due to a fire that happened here, so it is a non-smoking building. It says so in the lease, but the rule is never enforced. My place smells like weed 90% of the time. It’s awful! It’s been this way since I move here in the late summer/early fall.
