Verified Renter Maintenance is awesome!!! That's all I can say. The grounds are kept nicely. The hallways are kept clean it would be better if the rental office would open on time

Verified Renter Awful experience living here. Leasing office staff makes false promises and straight up lies, maintenance staff half fixes everything. They are too comfortable moving families into dirty, soiled and unkept apartments. Unclean hallways and stairs, very noisy neighbors due to poor flooring and thin walls. Uncontrolled roach infestation for going on 6 months( probably much much longer).
