Verified Renter I enjoy my apartment. It’s a struggle sometimes to reach leasing and communication isn’t great, but I have a nice apartment and friendly, respectful neighbors.
Verified Renter This apartment complex is going down hill year after year. The staff just doesn’t respond, the walls are thin, a lot of break ins and I just can tell there’s no care for the community by the rental office. Do not recommend.
Verified Renter Love Parke Laurel Apartments! It's convenient, affordable and the amenities are a plus! The office staff are pleasant and responsive. Maintenance staff are polite and through.
Verified Renter My experience here for the most has been great. A little bit of hiccups here and there but nothing to the point where I would not renew the lease. Wish they did a longer lease than just 1 year but it's ok.
Verified Renter I like the area and enjoy my apartment there are a few things I am unsatisfied with like communicating with maintenance can be frustrating at times. Sometimes getting in contact with staff can be difficult but I will say they are always nice and polite.
Verified Renter I Love everything so far, everything except the parking situation is a mess. I feel like parking should be set for a certain time and not all day. having company is stressful because of parking.
Verified Renter Much improvement is needed for the fee of $15 for trash removal. Trash is always outside the dumpster in the street. Send notice to residents to deposit TRASH inside the dumpster.
Verified Renter Nothing super luxury, it gets the job done but could use improvements. Lots of construction and upgrades are happening on the exterior but no interior.
Verified Renter After living here a few months, it’s actually a nice place to live. The building is quiet and the area is well kept. They’ve recently been having different community activities which seems nice and have been updating the property.
