Verified Renter After living here a few months, it’s actually a nice place to live. The building is quiet and the area is well kept. They’ve recently been having different community activities which seems nice and have been updating the property.
Verified Renter I have lived here for close to 6 years. The first 2 years were great but went downhill after that. Sometimes it can get bad with the roaches and other times I can go a few months without seeing one. The roach problem could reduced if the vendor did a good job, but they spray insecticide every which way except for the places they are supposed to. The floors are uneven and its a problem for me with cooking, furniture placement, and literal dips that make me trip. They use cheap vendors to do all their "updates"... read more
Verified Renter It’s has been so great here , no noise, maintenance is fast it’s lovely. I think my favorite part of my house would be the bedroom.they have been improving the community.

Verified Renter Overall, we have had a good experience. However, the buildings are noisy and some residents are extremely inconsiderate of others’ peace and quiet. Additionally, there are definitely some things that could be improved/updated inside the apartments. On the flip side, Parke Laurel does a great job with upkeep outside of the buildings.
Verified Renter Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of shopping nearby. Restaurants are plentiful in the surrounding area. Nearby highways make it easy to come and go.
Verified Renter I like my apartment but some of the appliances are not working and when maintenance is called they don’t do anything. Now that it’s summer my apartment gets really hot despiste the ac being on.

Verified Renter Maintenance is great. Noise is a problem; quiet hours are not enforced at all and I have heard my neighbors having many fights on many occasions and have had to call the police for domestic violence.
