Customer service doesn't exist. Bought my Tahiti Hut 6 (6) months ago. Salesman said it would be built and stored in the warehouse until my pool was completed. Called 3/23/2021 to get it delivered. No calls back. They can't find it or it is not built yet. I can tell it is a quality product or i would sue them to get my money back. Might sue anyway unless they come up with it soon. BTW, i live 2 miles from their building.

Kelly and Juan from J's truck have been so Professional and kind. I am very pleased and know that they are very skilled at their craft. I could only pray that every contractor would be as pleasant to encounter as these two gentleman. Thank you for doing such an amazing job on my beautiful outdoor kitchen.

This is by far the sorriest most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I spent $18000.00 and its entirely to much to type to explain how pitiful Paradise Grilling is. I highly advise anyone out there thinking about doing business with them to go any other route you can to avoid the issues I am dealing with. I bought mine in Richmond Texas and boy what a show they put on when trying to sell but do not let them pull the wool over your eyes the way they did me and my advice is to get the hell out of there ASAP and find... read more

We love our outdoor kitchen bar!! John R in Fort Myers helped us find the best fit. The grill we got is by far the best grill I've ever used. The delivery team was a little late but they were very quick and professional when they arrived. Overall we are super happy we went with Paradise Grills. Go see John in the Ft Myers location.

We stopped by the Spring Showroom off 45 and the atmosphere there was great! The staff there was great too, Eduardo and Jonathan were friendly and helpful. We really love the stone countertop. We did have a small hiccup on our delivery being delayed, which was a little annoying but when they did come out it was set up much faster than I thought it would take. Overall the final product made up for that! We've already made some great memories with our family. Thank you Paradise Grills.

Purchased my outdoor kitchen through Ryan K over the phone since I am from Ohio and couldn't make it into a showroom. Very pleased with the end result. They delivered it within the 4-6 week timeframe which worked out perfectly for me and everything went smoothly with the delivery process.

Man I wish I would've read these reviews before purchasing. Same issues with delivery. Promised 6-8 weeks currently on week 10. Was supposed to be delivered today no call or email letting me know it was cancelled. Heck the supervisor wouldn't even get on the phone with me or have my coordinator call me. But she was nice enough to text me so I can have a paper trail. I had to call the 1800 # I got from my salesman. Who would have guessed it, my coordinator Claudia was the one who answered the phone. I bought my outdoor kitchen from Sean and he made the experience so easy and enjoyable. He was patient, knowledgeable and very conscientious in making sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
