We had nothing but a positive experience with our purchase. Main Orlando showroom was the location we visited and ultimately purchased the same day. We are extremely happy with the sales process; nothing was promised to us that we didn't get. We were told 6-8 weeks and it was two days earlier than 6 weeks exactly when it was delivered. I went to paradise grill, looking to put an outdoor kitchen into my new pool home. Adam and Tony were amazing. They were very knowlegeable about the prouducts and helped me figure out what size would work best for my room. They found the perfect size grill to fit into my patio. It was delivered exactly when they said it would. I love it!
Great product, fast and easy installation. Saves you from having to deal with contractors mess and lengthy build. Tony was great and very knowledgeable about all that was involved and the product.

I bought a mini outdoor grill unit (Model: Aruba 6) on February 5th. The sale was smooth, the guy Nick who sold me the unit was kind and even gave us his phone number and told us to contact him for any issues. To this day I have not been able to contact him. Then, a manager named William calls me, gives me his phone number and tells me he will be the point of contact from then on. I have not been able to reach him to this day. I've been doing work related to paradise grills for over a year now, I install surrounding areas, and retro fit grills. It's a solid product, high quality, lasts, great finish, versatile, etc. In my dealings I've worked with the Clermont, fl and windermere, fl locations, the sales teams are very knowledgeable about their products as well. Definitely recommend if you are looking to upgrade your outdoor spaces of your home.
Poor quality aweful customer service. Order our Tiki and kitchen In October when it came time to deliver and after they have 100% of your money. 22k They called the day before and told me they could not deliver then when they finally delivered the Tiki and kitchen looked like it was used after many phone calls and credit card disputes they have all their money but I still don't have my kitchen all fixed. This place is a embarrassment. They were to deliver my Kitchen on a Sunday. I waited all day and they did not deliver the kitchen. They promised me 4 chairs . Two weeks later when they delivered kitchen but failed to deliver the chairs. They had no masks when they can for the delivery and I had to help build the kitchen for a couple hours because one of the worker was a kid and it was his first day.
