Ordered their Tiki Hut unit paid over $26K, delivered on May 12th as scheduled, albeit very late 6:00 PM. They were unable to complete the installation due to a manafacturing defect. Waited a week for a second team to finish the job. They never showed up. Called customer service today May 20th, they said they would need to reschedule. Buyer beware!!!
Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. The call center and in general the lack of customer service will be the reason this company goes out of business. In the 3 months since I ordered and paid for the product I never once received a call back from Paradise Grills. The delivery had been put off at least three times and it was only because I called the "customer service:" number to confirm delivery that I was told there was a rescheduling. The worst company ever!!! The customer service is terrible!! I don't even know where to begin, from trying to get the product delivered to trying to get someone to come out because the product doesn't work! Impossible!! All I can say is RUN! Go somewhere else!!

So you think sending someone out 4 months later after 50 phone calls and or emails from us is acceptable? Also having multiple appointments with no one showing up! It would be a miracle if someone actually shows up the week of the 5/24/2021. Like I said RUN!!
Couldn't be more impressed with the product, lead time and service, compared to contractors creating a mess and taking up my lanai for a month plus. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Fast, easy and worth every penny for my patience.
