I was looking for an outdoor kitchen and came across the paradise grills website. I visited the Pompano showroom today and spoke with Sean. He was very informative and walked me thru all my questions and concerns. Great experience! Planning on measuring today to go back and buy a Maui 10.

1. We happily bought the Tahiti model (tiki hut) in December of 2020 at the Lake Nona Paradise Grills and were told it would come in March of 2021. 2. In April, I called the Lake Nona store to find out when it was coming and they did not look up my account but just relayed that the deliveries were behind due to Covid and told me to be patient and check back. 3. Purchasing product from Paradise Grills has been a horrible experience. Particularly the Fort Lauderdale, Florida location and their third party delivery company. We have never encountered such an unprofessional operation. They repeatedly failed to meet delivery date. Finally, they set the date/time window for delivery...never showed up. They then graciously offered me a new delivery date 10 days later. They don't return calls. The Customer Service department will not help you. I have been looking at getting a kitchen from them for a while now. I first started looking a year ago and the recently switched to a new product line. I'm glad I waited for that. I can't wait to get my new kitchen in the next upcoming weeks! Miguel in Pompano was extremely helpful.

After waiting for over 8 weeks for my outdoor kitchen the counter top was damaged by the Umbrella holder only after 2 days. I quickly called and was told someone call back. Each week I continued to call until 2mo's later I was acknowledged and repair team came out. After spending over $10,000 on kitchen I'm very unpleased with the quality and lack of communication of the company.

Had a wonderful experience at the Paradise in Cypress. Adam & Colin were both extremely knowledgeable and pleasant during my time there. They made sure the kitchen would measure properly in my backyard space, helped with the color selection and even added on some useful accessories based on our grilling style. We are looking forward to having this gorgeous piece for our family & friends to enjoy. As a person who is nit-picky about aesthetics and quality, I feel very satisfied with products at Paradise.

I recently purchased from the Fort Lauderdale location and overall my experience was great! The showroom was absolutely stunning! It was spaced out beautifully so I was able to walk through and actually see the different options they had. We ended up purchasing a Tahiti Tiki Hut which was delivered and installed into our back yard within 7 weeks. Went to Paradise Grills in Clermont and instally fell in love with what they had to offer. When Bryan explained how they were built and the materials they use we were sold on the spot, we've been having our outdoor kitchen and bar for a little while now and has held up great in this Florida weather and to top it off we got our unit a little earlier than what they had originally told us so it came just in time for our daughter's birthday.
