This place is the biggest scam ever. We paid $15k for a grill and tiki bar. They showed up to deliver after dark and couldn't even deliver per the agree route so they had to go across my new pavers. Then they showed up to deliver a second unit, making me realize we didn't get the one we paid for but too late. We have unsuccessfully contacted them about numerous problems. The sales and customer service experience from an employee named Sean was outstanding. Extremely helpful on both the sales and customer service side. Impressed he didn't just make the sale and move on -- has been very helpful to help resolve some minor issues after the sale.
If you want a **** bbq then purchase from paradise grills. On my 4th outdoor fridge. Cd broke. Not under warrenty Under bar lights broke. Not under warranty. Broken tiles. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Big $$$$ but trash. Dont purchase from these people. Crap !

I went to the Pompano showroom, and I must say the showroom was amazing! The sales manager helped me with all my needs and questions. I highly recommend Paradise Grills!! I'm loving my outdoor kitchen!!
Went to the Clermont Location and was very impressed. Highly recommend working with Garrett.
Awful experience with this company. I bought a $5000 grill and got junk. Initially the Burner was broken. They replaced it and now the Casing is broken. Now they have to replace the Top. Who knows what's coming next. My husband has been to this place atleast 5 times dealing with salesmen. No senior manager will even call to talk to me. They have no return policy apparently- so even if they send you junk- they won't take it back. Will not refer this company to any of my friends.

Paradise Grills has it all. I was able to find a great outdoor kitchen and for a reasonable price. The staff at the showroom were very kind and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the outdoor kitchen. I have been searching for a contractor to build exactly what I wanted but the quotes I kept getting were outrageous. My paradise grills outdoor kitchen has everything I wanted and more for a much better price than going custom.
