In store sales department was informative and easy to work with. This is a retail establishment with a no refund cancellation policy. So buyer BEWARE!!! We found out after the fact that our natural gas line was not laid out well to work with the grill we purchased. We had full intentions of taking the grill until we had the gas plummer come out and surveyed our patio. I went into Paradise Grills in Spring, Texas when Eduardo the manager approached me and my wife and greeted us. Right away I was blown away with the different options they had. We purchased a outdoor kitchen set and were told we would expect delivery in 3-4 weeks, we got received delivery yesterday (3 week mark) and love it! My wife can't stop talking about it on our drives out.

What an incredible experience beginning to end. Let's start on the Store experience, I went to the Fort Lauderdale Showroom in Sunrise Blvd, The Store is huge! I was able to see multiple options and the service was great, they took the time to explained everything in detail and even measure my space at home right there from their computer. The environment was great too, never felt pressured and they gave us space to look around comfortably. I went to the PGA showroom on Palm Beach Gardens, FLORIDA and bought a grill island,Cristian the manager work with me, good customer service and no push at all, he mentioned the delivery lead time was 3 - 4 weeks, and I got the unit in two weeks! Thank you Cristian! We are ready for thanksgiving!!

It really bothers me to see so many hateful reviews over delivery issues during a pandemic when every company on this planet has experienced unexpected or unintended delays. While we personally experienced extreme delays with OTHER companies, Paradise Grills did an amazing job and we did not experience delays with Paradise Grills. This is the place to go for a great gas grill and lots of great accessories. My sales professional was really patient in my trying to explain what I was looking for...Justin knowledge and sales is just as great. No place better then being in "Paradise"

I gave them 1 star because I could not give them lower, even though they deserve it. We spent over $10k for our outdoor grill/bar. After 1 week, the top cracked. After several calls with customer service or really non-customer service, where we were told a manager would call back, we never received a call. So, we visited the store and spoke with a sales person and an area VP. Both said they would take care of it and we would hear from them shortly. Several months later, no calls.
