I had the best services ever at the Naples location by Anthony, very satisfied with the product, service, price and also the delivery, very professional crew I would do business again with paradise grill at naples location
Jonathan at Paradise Grill located in Fort Worth, TX provided impeccable service. He took the time to explain the high end materials the bar is made of as the marble travertine and demonstrated the use of the radio and speakers. In addition, he explained the warranty on the grill. Jonathan provided white glove service and definitely recommend Paradise Grill!
Sarasota location, Ryan ****, great sales and support, helping us with selection, delivery schedule, questions, installation and all! We have only used the grill once, and no issues with it thus far.
We enjoyed our experience at Paradise Grills in Pembroke Pines, Florida! Our representative Eric ******* was awesome, he is very knowledgeable and he took the time to help us compose a setup that would be perfect to fit our outdoor space. We highly recommend this showroom to anybody who is looking to buy a beautiful outdoor kitchen!
Unimpressed. Not all parts were delivered at the same time, and the technician had to come out three different times, and I still have a foggy thermometer on the grill. Neither the drawers or the door under the grill are leak proof. Have had mine less than three years, and the refrigerator has already gone out. Nowhere close to being worth what I paid for it.

We have completed multiple no-charge service calls for our customer and resolved all reported issues. We have also shipped for free a replacement thermometer to our customer. The refrigerator is unfortunately out of warranty.

RUN don't walk AWAY from Paradise Grills. At first glance you appear to be getting a lot for your money. The allure and the look of the grills and kitchen islands in the stores doesn't allow for a closer inspection of the quality of the product you are buying. The grill and burners feel substantial and that is the usual focus of purchasing an outdoor kitchen. This distracts you from examining the quality of the sink and countertop. Joe, the Spring store showroom manager, was so helpful from the moment we walked into the store. He worked with us over a period of days to help us select the perfect grill for us while keeping our budget in mind. He was informative, responded promptly, and professional. We did a lot of research on outdoor kitchens and after looking at so many we decided Paradise Grills was the way to go. Initially, I saw some harsh reviews online which scared us but after visiting the Pompano Beach, Florida store location we are ready to move forward. The company has made many upgrades on its product, the most recent being the countertop material. It looks great!
