We have had a great experience with Paradise Grill. The store manager, Ryan, has been professional and informative. The delivery was swift and Ryan came by to personally take care of a lighting problem. We are enjoying our grill and would recommend Paradise Grill for your outdoor kitchen grilling.
My husband and I received our new 10ft outdoor paradise kitchen and it's amazing!! We love it! Thank you Roger and John for all your help. If you are interested in an outdoor kitchen you have to go check them out in Fort Myers!
I really enjoy my new outdoor kitchen, and this company made the purchase and delivery of it seamless. The kitchen itself seems built to withstand the elements and looks great with the tiki thatch roof! Also, Joey was extremely helpful throughout the whole buying and delivery process. He even helped me when one small metal piece was missing from a u-clamp. Now, the missing part is being shipped directly to my house. MY Husband and I purchased from the Fort Worth Showroom this past December and had a great experience. Delivery went smooth and Alex and his delivery crew were very professional. I would recommend Paradise Grills to anyone.
I had the best time working with Endri at the Pinecrest Showroom for Paradise Grills and Endri and his team are the most qualified of them all. I trusted them throughout our process of renovating our grilling area / backyard area and I am so not disappointed. They have followed up with me after installment to make sure everything is running smoothly and truly make us feel like family. If something happens down the line or if anyone asks where they can get this kind of equipment for their backyard, I know where to send them!
