0 stars for Paradise grill. Spent $8,000.00 on gril, griddle, kamoto grill and miscellaneous. The kamoto grill cracked after the 2nd use. I called customer service and they told me that I purchased 15 month's ago and is not under warranty . They don't offer replacement parts and i need to throw a 2 thousand dollars kamoto grill away.

Our Customer picked up their Kamado Grill on 9/8/2020 and unfortunately they are outside of their warranty period. We have offered replacement parts for purchase and shipment.
Good product, looks and works great. Buying a GX8 outdoor kitchen was a relief after the pool construction in the backyard. Kitchen comes all ready for installation with none of the construction hazzles. Parker was professional and attentive to out needs when selling and after the sale.
Stopped in while grabbing paint next door. Very pleasant atmosphere and Garrett was super informative. If ever in the market I will be back!
I am so excited I purchased my outdoor kitchen from Paradise Grills. Cindy, my sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional. I purchased my 2 piece unit from her Lake Nona showroom and my family is very pleased. Also, the delivery team demonstrated patience and flexibility while working around my busy schedule. Totally recommend purchasing to my friends, family, and anyone interested in upgrading their outdoor grilling and entertaining experience. I am so happy! This is by far one of my best investments as a homeowner.
I did not even know where to start with my outdoor kitchen project, I went in to Paradise Grills and they made this process so much easier for my family.
We sent Joey a schematic of our lanai and he had some options ready to discuss with us when we arrived. Showroom has an extensive display. And he was quite patient as we took all of his ideas home so we could tape it all off. We are now looking forward to delivery and setup.
Me and My wife visited paradise grills in the woodlands. We were blown away with the luxurious product we seen as you walk in the door.The staff was friendly and beyond knowledgeable on all aspects of the product! We highly recommend paradise grills if your looking for a outdoor kitchen experience.
Patrick in Tampa helped us with all our questions and concerns of finding a setup that would work with our space. He made the whole process a thousand times easier! We didn't have the money to go to a builder so this was a great option for us and our needs!
