Decent product, very poor customer relations and problem resolving. As the delivery crew said, the product is what they hang their success on but customer handling will ruin it. I had four issues on just trying to get delivery ranging from "we forgot", too many new people, to zero flexibility on absolutely any issue. The contract reads that as the end user we assume all and any responsibilities with EVERY ISSUE. I bought two top burners that don't even produce enough heat to boil water. They have been out three times and can't fix the problem plus their customer service is terrible.
