I went to Paradise looking for an outdoor grill for my daughter's new house. As soon as I walked in, I was blown away by the tiki bars. I was given a walk-through by Brandon and he broke it down for me so simple and easy to understand the features and value. We like to party and now we are the talk around the neighborhood with our new setup!
I absolutely love my grill from Paradise Grills. Austin ********** was instrumental in helping me pick out the grill for my needs. Now I get to enjoy the year-round grilling here in sunny Florida.

I purchased a grill and bar from Paradise Grills and the product spoke for itself. The one thing that had me scared was a couple reviews I saw about customer services but let me tell you the scheduling and delivery process were great to say the least.
These outdoor kitchens are amazing. They check off every box on my wish list and more. The prices are extremely competitive and the quality looks great. The store manager Chris was very helpful and not at all pushy. He answered every question and made great recommendations. I am very anxious to have this installed in our lenai and show it off to our friends (who will probably never leave). I would highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Chris if you are considering and outdoor kitchen.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PARADISE GRILL, BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! We recently purchased an $8k pro grill/kitchen from Paradise Grill and it was delivered a few days later, everything looked fine and we signed the received receipt. On the same day the grill was received it began to rain for about one and a half days. I went outside and noticed the stucco finish looked thin in areas and fiber was popping through, also there was water stains and finish had washed away in areas. I had been getting ideas for an outdoor kitchen for almost a year while my pool was being built. I went to Paradise Grills in Sarasota twice before pulling the trigger. The showroom is beautiful and the staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I can't wait to get my new kitchen delivered.
I recently popped into Paradise Grills in Sugar Land, TX and I was blown away. As soon as I walked in the door William greeted me and we got right to looking at the island bars I was interested in. William was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and kind. I didn't believe it when he told me he just started working there!
